Hey, I am with you in that discussion. Reducing stress for the plants and giving them the possibility to defend themselves is key to strengthen the weak viticulture we have in the old vinegrowing regions. Here in Palatinate the soils are worked for 1300 years now. And since that time there is wine here. But since the loss of diversification in agriculture of the 1950s we only have vineyards here all over the place and pests are spreading rapidly and it gets worse from year to year. Especially the last 10 years I think.
