The conventional industry standard of “replenishing” the extracted NPK nutrients from the vineyard after harvest is something that you should leave in the rear view mirror. This inevitably results in flushed nitrates from the rainfall, locked up phosphates, and plenty of Potassium ready to give you a watery, susceptible plant at budbreak next year. Let analysis inform any post harvest fertility.
