Hi John, wow that’s cool that you married your holistic practitioner! I’ve seen 5 holistic practitioners over the last 12 years, and each has helped tremendously. A lot of it has been centered around muscle testing and some of it even more woo-woo eastern energetic healing, but I found it helps. Diet changes were key. I’m on a lot of supplements, which I would prefer not to be, but I am still healing my gut and so mineral and nutrient absorption is not 100%. But way better today than ever before. At one point early on I was taking manganese, until it started getting too high and had to back off. Currently the past 6 months I’ve been doing the advanced protocol made by Cell Core Biosciences in Idaho, and found it very helpful. For anti-inflammatories, when it gets bad I take tumeric/fennugreek, PEA, CBD, Quercitin, and Low Dose Naltrexone. I have had severe allergies to molds, pollen and have had many bacterial and parasitic infections, but keep cleansing them out. The more I eat homegrown organic/regenerative grown food, the better I feel and the less I need supplements. 🙂
