In relation to K applications, I have high soils levels and muriate of potash Is typical form used here . Sulphate of potash is now nearly twice the price. Should I go cold turkey and cut it out or apply some but hope to run down soil levels to a more respectable level and hope to see Mg become more available

Apart from S how else can make soil K more available
