I think your interpretation is fairly accurate, however the B and Mo levels particularly catch my attention as first order problems. They are typically the easiest nutrients to effect with foliar applications in my experience. If you have sufficient B and Mn levels cation balance usually comes into line a bit more. Speaking of Mn, do you have an explanation of why those levels are so high? I would be happy to share a little of that????

The first thing to ascertain would be water quality, I assume you likely have had it analyzed? Have you possibly been using softened water in your solution? Next would be the source material and quantities. What foliar recipe have you applied before this sample was taken?
