Those varieties are bred for shipping but I sell direct so long shelf life isn’t too big a concern, the french varieties have the wild flavour but the sweetness and size of a very good regular strawberry, we got up to 15 brix last season as compared to 6-8 for centenary or elsanta(on a good day)
