Hi Jon, this sounds like a good plan. I’ve had a strawberry growing tenant for a few years but have now taken back his land to repair soil structure and remove plastic!! Long term I’m searching for a way to grow strawberries in a regenerative way, to include in a holistic management system. Please keep us updated with photos, if you go ahead. I’ll have a think of doing a trial on your approach.
