Can you explain this process? (N as well to speed the conversion to amino acid N by the microbial community).

Wouldn’t having it in the plant through Foliar give as much or more value in aiding in the process of once the Nitrate has been taken up by the plant helping the process of converting that nitrate into a protein? In this case you wouldn’t have the plant expending as much of its energy into that process? Assuming sulfur wasn’t limiting? Or am i thinking of this wrong?
