You have a problem with p, cl, s and I would guess no3 too, these will be interfering with each other, possibly the sodium is blocking potassium too? you will need to at the very least stop all soil applications of manure and start sap analysis and use foliar applications of the deficient minerals, I hope that will be enough but you certainly have some hurdles there, the sodium is also an issue.
