Hi, I assume the fruit quality is poor with the high Na and low K. Definitely stop with the manure. I think I would consider a K source for for the soil. Given the high S it is probably best to avoid sulfate forms. Definitely switch to sap analysis. K can be applied in foliars quite well. Likely using some humic product would help. I wouldn’t worry about the Ca levels, you may find that a sap test may even show marginal Ca in the plant. If you need N then you can use a good quality fish hydrolysate but apply it regularly and get the soil biology ticking. Hope this helps.
