I have over 20 vegetable varieties and about that many fruit trees and berries also, and there’s no way I can manage them with sap analysis. What I do is pick my most profitable crop and do a few tests to try to drill down on what is really needed, and maybe pick my most struggling crop, and usually the most major problems will show themselves and be typically similar for the other crops too. At least you get some benefit from it and for me it has paid for itself that way. I watch and see if a foliar application helped or not, and take good notes.
