I’ve been using it to control odours (urine, feces), and to try to bring back worm bins back under control when they go anaerobic from overfeeding. I’ve also done a small experiment using LAB to accelerate the decomposition of cannabis leaves. Unquestionably powerful with urine and feces odours. Reasonable results bringing vermicompost back under control but I think its only a small piece of a corrective measure. With accelerating the decomposition of leaves I noticed roughly a 15-20% increase in speed of decomposition.

What I’m interested in understanding is that there are 44 different species, so surely they have different applications. I’ve created my LABS from rice wash but I am intrigued regarding the benefits of obtaining it from other sources (such as pig feces as was mentioned). @Steve I’ll give that a whirl and see how it goes, its an interesting idea!
