    @jjkratt I am consistently unimpressed by the shelf life of the citrus at my local (expensive as can be) natural food store. It doesn’t keep longer than a few days on the shelf. Im wondering if you have seen any specific trends in your work that results in fruit rotting within days of being removed from cold storage? I’ve just assumed its excessive N and K in combination with low Ca and lack of essential trace elements.
