Well my perspective on this will be a little different, I would really like to achieve this with the control and convenience of plasticulture in tunnels because labour will always be an issue and weeds and rain make strawberries a nightmare in my climate, as for nutritional density I view animal products as the nutritional powerhouses of our food supply and fruit and veg as tasty sides to and flavour and interest.
