I am in a similar boat with regards to the number of crops and complexity of sap testing so I am dividing up crops into high and low value, trellised indeterminate greenhouse tomatoes deserve sap analysis every 2-3 weeks, broccolini though will get some base nutrients at bed prep with the rest after a single sap analysis at around 4 weeks.

That is my plan anyway minimal nitrogen up front and side dress what is needed when the plant gets bigger but mainly rely on the soil.
