I’ve been using RO water to grow my transplants for two years now and haven’t noticed any issues of pulling the nutrients out of the potting soil. My RO water is recirculated though, so if it is stripping any nutrients, I’m reapplying them each time I water. You must have a lot of transplants if your going with a 600 GPD filter!
