You do not need to stabilize your LABs with molasses. In fact, I have found the LABS to be more efficacious when stored chilled and so I am no longer adding molasses or sugar since I have refrigeration and can store my serum there. In this case you are no longer applying molasses which mitigates the risk of it becoming food for other microbes. I do however recommend using a wetting agent like the JADAM one to ensure your foliar applications get the best possible penetration.
