Limiting traffic with heavy equipment is just really not in my reach yet. We have to keep up with 13 ha of vineyards and the pressure of peronospora is very high. It’s complex. I had 5 heifers die of acorn posining. Something I had never heard about before… sad and expensive mistake.
How are the tanic acid levels of chestnuts? -
Honestly this hasn’t come up and I don’t know much about it. The tannins are higher in acorns, that’s all I know. I suppose that’s why people roast or cook chestnuts before eating them.
