Increasing fruit tree cold resistance with fall foliar regiment
Nicole Masters claims that a vermicast extract foliar can give several degrees protection from cold. I have tried it the last 2 years for late frost protection – flowering/cell division period. We have not had any late frosts to put it to the test, so I cannot confirm anything, but it may be worth a try.
